Happy Different Saturday!
Today's difference is an Easter gift / card firstly this picture of the front shows a classic card The card front is made using Gold Mirror Card and white PMD Hammered cardstock to make a classic filigree layered card.
I used spellbinders filigree delight die, with the centre left on, for the base element. This was cut in gold mirror card (yes I know my Die DE Jour as well as another example with mirror card I feel like i'm leading a one man crusade to make it fashionable again!) The other elements are all cut using a combination of Spellbinders ovals large and small and gold ovals. These have been simply layered with foam tape.
The front is finished with a sentiment from my stash and gold ribbon, twine and some matching (pearl of course) hatpins.
The next picture shows the box / card on the side which shows this is some kind of box, the addition of some gold chocolate eggs (now MIA believed Mr Next Door may be responsible) hints at what is inside!
Finally the card front open shows a box of Easter eggs visible through the acetate window. THis was cut using gold ovals and has a rim of gold mirror card as well as, if you look very carfefully, an embossed edge.
The next shot shows this, flip lid, opening to get at the choccies! I added a ribbon tab to lift the lid for speedier chocolate delivery!
A card and gift all in one hopefully easier to give and post!
